- Half a kilo of red beans
- One egg
- Chickpea flour to taste
- European olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Sauté some sliced onion in olive oil in a pan and add the previously soaked and boiled beans. Season to taste and whisk, then mix in an egg, adjust salt and pepper and thicken the mixture by adding enough chickpea flour to make a moldable dough. Create the meatballs and fry them in a frying pan or bake in a hot oven, again in excellent olive oil.
