Soba with olive oil


  • 100 gr soba (buckwheat noodles typical of Japanese cuisine)
  • 1 tuft of Japanese spinach "小松菜 (komatsuna)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
Preparation Put the soba noodles in boiling water for five minutes. Cut the Japanese spinach into chunks and slice the garlic. In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of oil over low heat and then add the garlic. Now place the soba noodles in the pot and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add salt and pepper. Remember to serve everything with lemon juice.
