● 2 cups of sushi rice (already cooked)
● 200 gr of salmon
● Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
● q.b. spring onion
● q.b. black sesame seeds
● q.b. soy sauce
Preparation
Prepare the seasoned sushi rice.
Remove the skin and any bones from the salmon fillet and cut it into slices 4 or 5 mm thick. The thickness can vary according to taste.
Place the rice in bowls and add extra virgin olive oil and sesame seeds.
Place the salmon slices on the rice, add the finely chopped spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately accompanied by bread croutons with extra virgin olive oil and Japanese soy sauce.
