8-10 gr of matcha green tea
8 gr of baking powder (gluten-free)

Heat oven to 170°C. In a bowl mix the rice flour, matcha and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the extra virgin olive oil, water and flour mixture. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the oiled mold and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes (ventilated). The cake is ready.
