Vanilla and olive oil cookies


  • 500 grams of 00 flour
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 250 grams granulated sugar
  • 50 milliliters of fresh whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 1 bag of baking powder
Preparation

Prepare the flour in the shape of a fountain by adding the baking powder. Next, add the eggs, extra virgin olive oil and vanilla. Pour in the milk and start kneading to make a soft dough. Prepare small sticks 10 centimeters long and 1 centimeter wide, dip them in granulated sugar and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
