Pork cutlets with orange


  • 500 grams slices of pork arista
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • The juice of 2 oranges
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 grams of butter
  • Salt q.s
Preparation

Squeeze the orange juice and set it aside. Brown the pork loin slices and dip them in flour on both sides. Pour two tablespoons of EVO oil and butter into a frying pan and let heat up. Place the cutlets inside. Cook the meat over low heat, checking that both sides brown for 5 minutes each. As soon as it is cooked just right, deglaze it with orange juice. The last step is to check that the liquid thickens. Serve at the table, with a side of potatoes.
