- 400 grams of clams
- 170 grams of spaghetti
- 2 zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Cut the zucchini into four parts, dice them, and sautéing them with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. Let them cook for a few minutes until the zucchini starts to brown. Now put the zucchini in a dish and set aside to prepare the clams. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, parsley and a new clove of garlic and let it brown. Now add the washed clams; cover the pan with a lid. Let cook until the clams are open. Next, turn off the heat and add the zucchini. Now let's prepare the spaghetti: bring a pot of water to a boil, throw in the pasta and cook over medium heat. Finally, drain the spaghetti and stir it into the pan with the clams and zucchini. Plate and serve!
