- 100 grams of smoked salmon
- 6 slices of homemade bread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped parsley
Preparation is quick and easy: cut generous slices of bread and roast them on a grill or in a nonstick pan, toasting them just right. In the meantime, cut the salmon into small pieces, seasoning it with excellent extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley. Now we stuff the toasted bread slices with the seasoned salmon.
