Chocolate bricks with olive oil


  • 200 g of bitter chocolate
  • 0.5 dl whole cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 0.5 dl olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Preparation

Finely chop the chocolate. Place it in a steel bowl. Add the cream and sugar. Slowly melt in a bain-marie. Remove the chocolate cream from the water bath and incorporate the olive oil. Zest the lemon in and mix well. Line a baking pan about 12×12 cm with plastic wrap. Pour in the chocolate and level. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Turn the chocolate block upside down, cut it into pieces about 2×2 cm and coat them in cocoa powder. Store the bricks in the refrigerator. Take them out at least 15 minutes before eating.
