Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili peppers
Ingredients:
- spaghetti
- garlic (one clove)
- Oil (enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
- salt (as much as needed)
- red chili pepper (one)
- Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano (your choice)
Preparation
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, meanwhile peel and slice the garlic. Place the garlic, chili pepper and extra virgin olive in a pan to brown (maximum 2-3 minutes). Drain the pasta but keep it damp and still al dente, and place it with other ingredients previously browned in the pan. If you so wish, you can also add some tomatoes cut in half and a handful of sliced almonds. Finally, the dish can be enriched by generously grating some Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano on top.
