Tonteki pork in olive oil with cabbage and cherry tomatoes

  • Pork loin (1 thick slice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • Olive oil, 1 teaspoon
  • Tonteki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
Preparation

Take the pork loin and make 5 cuts along the fatty parts of the meat. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper and flour. Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix. Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the loin and cook. When both sides are well browned, add the sauce and finish cooking over medium heat to flavor the meat. Remove from heat and serve on a bed of shredded cabbage/cabbage and garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
